Terms

• All the terms must be met in full and there are NO EXCEPTIONS to any of the following terms.
• You must have a valid & non-delinquent Pioneer I.S. dial-up account.
• Referred person may not be a current Pioneer I.S. member, or a previous Pioneer I.S. member.
• Referred person must give your user name at time
  of sign up ONLY. Pioneer I.S. WILL NOT accept a user name from a Referred person at any other time. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
• Referred person must be a good standing member for 1 complete month starting from their sign-up date for you to be eligible to receive credit on referred persons account.
• After Referred persons 1st complete month at Pioneer I.S., you will start receiving a $2.00 credit to your Pioneer I.S. account providing that Referred person is a current member of Pioneer I.S. and that Referred persons account is in good standing.
• The $2.00 credit will first be applied to your current outstanding balance. If the credit amount exceeds your current outstanding balance, then once your credit equals $20.00, you will receive a check from Pioneer I.S. to the name listed as owning your Pioneer I.S. dial-up account. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• You MUST have a minimum credit amount of $20.00 to start receiving your credit from a Pioneer Internet Services, Inc. company check ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS
• You shall receive a $2.00 credit per Referred person per month provided that Referred person is a current member of Pioneer Internet Services, Inc. and that Referred persons account is in good standing.
• If Referred person cancels their account with Pioneer I.S., then all credits for that person will stop on date of their cancellation. If at a future date Referred person reactivates their account with Pioneer I.S., then you shall start receiving a $2.00 credit from their new start date.
• Transfer of credits are under no circumstance allowed.
• The Cash Back Program is not associated with any other program or promotion. Referrals prior to commencement date of 7-11-2000 for the program, DO NOT count for the Cash Back Program. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• You can track your current Pioneer I.S. account status through our home page at any time.

• You must activate this program by logging on to your account and agreeing to these terms. You can do this simply by clicking on the "I Agree to These Terms" button below, and login accordingly. You WILL NOT receive any credits to your account until you sign on and agree.
• Pioneer Internet Services, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify this Cash Back Program at any time, for any reason without notification.
